Who is eligible to apply?

We accept single adults aged 18 or older who meet one or more of the following criteria:
•Low-income individuals
• Independent seniors
• Veterans
• Individuals in recovery
• Individuals with mild to moderate mental illness
• Adults who have aged out of foster care
• Individuals fleeing domestic violence

Do you accept individuals with major felonies?

No. To ensure the safety and well-being of all residents, individuals with major felonies are not accepted.

How do I apply?

Applications can be submitted online by completing the intake form available on our website.

How long is the intake process?

The intake process depends on space availability. Applicants are notified when space becomes available. If no space is available, we will try to refer you to another independent living program.

Are families allowed?

No. Our program is designed specifically for single adults.

Do you do credit checks?

No. We do not perform credit checks, but income verification is required during intake.

How much does it cost to stay?

The program rate includes all utilities and services. Specific pricing is provided during intake.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Is there a refund if a resident leaves early?

Do I need to renew my license?

No. Payments are non-refundable once a resident is accepted into the program.

Do you have curfews?

No curfews are enforced. Quiet hours are observed to maintain a peaceful environment.

Are visitors allowed?

No personal visitors are allowed. Only approved professionals such as case managers or probation officers may visit.

Do residents cook for themselves?

Yes. Residents prepare their own meals. We provide guidance and referrals to community food resources but do not supply food.

Can residents bring personal belongings?

Yes, but only essential and meaningful items such as clothing, toiletries, and personal photos are allowed. Furniture is not permitted.

Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not permitted in the program at this time.

What happens if someone breaks the rules?

Consequences vary depending on the situation, including immediate dismissal for serious violations. All policies are clearly communicated.

How long can someone stay in the program?

There is no set time limit. Residents may remain as long as they follow guidelines and maintain cooperative behavior.

Is transportation included?

Transportation is not included but may be available for an additional fee.
