No. A credit check is not required as part of our application process.

 

Private and shared bedrooms may be available depending on the home and current availability.

JP Stability Homes offers women-only homes, men-only homes, and co-ed homes. While participant preferences are taken into consideration whenever possible, placement is based on current availability, compatibility, safety, and the overall needs of the household to promote a respectful and successful shared living environment.

No. Participants prepare their own meals using our fully equipped kitchens. We also provide information about local food pantries, soup kitchens, churches, and other community food resources when needed.

At this time, JP Stability Homes serves single adults only. Expanding our services to accommodate families is part of our long-term vision as we continue to grow.

Pets are not permitted at this time. As JP Stability Homes grows, we hope to expand our program offerings in the future.

No. To protect the safety, privacy, and comfort of all participants, visitors and overnight guests are not permitted unless specifically approved by JP Stability Homes management.

 

Yes. While there is no curfew, participants are expected to observe established quiet hours and respect the comfort, privacy, and well-being of others within the home.

Applicants begin by completing the online housing application and intake form. Applications are reviewed individually, and eligible applicants may be contacted for additional information or the next steps in the intake process.

No. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Placement is based on eligibility, compatibility, availability, and successful completion of the intake process.

Participants are carefully matched based on compatibility, lifestyle preferences, work schedules, daily routines, safety considerations, and the overall household environment to help create respectful, balanced, and successful shared living homes.
