1. Fully Furnished Rooms

Enjoy the comfort of clean, fully furnished bedrooms. Options include private or semi-private rooms, each equipped with:

• A comfortable bed (twin or full)

• Fresh linens and pillows

• Storage such as a dresser or closet space

• Basic furnishings for daily living

2. All-Inclusive Utilities

We remove the stress of utility bills. All of the following are included at no extra cost:

• Electricity

• Water and heating

• High-speed WiFi

• Landline phone access (for emergencies)

• Trash collection

3. Access to Shared Living Areas

Our homes feature welcoming common spaces that promote social interaction and a sense of community:

• Furnished living rooms with couches and TV

• Dining areas for shared meals and connection

• Clean, well-equipped kitchens with cookware and utensils

• Shared bathrooms maintained regularly

4. On-Site or Nearby Laundry Access

Maintain personal hygiene with ease thanks to on-site or easily accessible laundry facilities.

We take resident safety seriously. Our homes include:

6. Substance-Free and Weapon-Free Policy

To protect all residents, our homes strictly prohibit:

• Alcohol

• Illegal substances

• Weapons of any kind

We don’t require credit checks, making access easier for those with limited financial history. However, income verification is required during intake.
